Incubators create jobs, revitalize communities thus strengthening local, regional and even national economies.

NBIA estimates that in 2005 alone, North American incubators assisted more than 27,000 start-up companies that provided full-time employment for more than 100,000 workers and generated annual revenue of more than $17 billion.

Business incubators reduce the risk of small business failures. Historically, NBIA member incubators have reported that 87 percent of all firms that have graduated from their incubators are still in business.

To start this process of positive change simply understand that there is a better way.  Like Steven Nitah said from the Lutsel K’e First Nation, NT sais  “Rolf was able after years that I spent in public service to teach me techniques i did not know before.  His knowledge is gleamed over years of personal experience and growth!  He shares that knowledge easily and in a very interesting and fun way.  He captured my attention and kept it for 2 days.  Not an easy Task!  Send your leaders, your youth and your elders to his workshops.  It is a value that will benefit you greatly”.  Or like Velina Vincent from the Kyuquot Checleseht First Nations BC  who said “He makes learning fun, even the dullest of stuff and makes everyone believe that their ideas are the best.  I have had a lot of teachers and trainers in my life and none have ever presented a workshop like Rolf.  Right away I was able to transfer some material on to my family. My children and grandchildren are absorbing what I am learning.  Great Teacher.  I would recommend this workshop to all and I would take it again it was THAT GOOD!! “  And Margo Rouble from Yellowknife who sais “he brings people out of their shell, humorous, lively.  One of the best facilitators I have encountered.  It has been a pleasure.  They and many others i have worked with are on the move towards this change”

The reason I am so passionate about the right team building and coaching (from the heart) for communities and organizations is because the process has great  trans-formative qualities allowing the individuals in the organization to move towards the working together.  When your organizations makes this transformation the energy of it will move throughout your community.

To go from the “I” ego (fear of each other, coercion, jealousy, lack of trust) to the “We” (teamwork, agreement, collaboration, cooperation, partnership and joint effort) is what it is all about.  In my view the entire world needs to move in to this direction. The evidence is overwhelming.   We already see what happens when you do not make this commitment, families suffer, youth feel hopeless, entire communities are fear based with everyone just looking out for themselves.  We also see what happens when we do make the commitment, there is hope for a better tomorrow.
